Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates for site and office roles (e.g., engineers, supervisors, labor, admin staff).
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain interview records.
  • Support in the onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Verify and collect employee documents and maintain HR files.
  • Issuing the offer letter to candidate.
  • Follow-up with Candidate on joining.
  • Assist on Medical & Term Insurance to Employees.

Attendance & Payroll Support:

  • Monitor daily attendance and manpower reports from construction sites.
  • Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure timely salary processing.
  • Maintain leave records and update employee databases.
  • Contractor & Labour Data Verification.

Employee Relations:

  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and salaries.
  • Assist in resolving minor grievances or escalating issues when necessary.
  • Employee Exit Formalities.

Compliance & Documentation:

  • Maintain statutory compliance records (ESIC, PF, labor registers, etc.).
  • Assist in contractor labor documentation and verification.
  • Ensure all HR-related documents are filed and updated as per audit requirements.

Training & Development (Basic Level):

  • Help coordinate basic safety and HR training at project sites.
  • Record participation and maintain training logs.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Basic knowledge of

    labor laws

    and HR compliance
  • Familiarity with construction industry workforce dynamics
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command over

    MS Excel, Word

    , and HRMS tools
  • Document management and data entry skills
  • Willingness to travel to project sites if required

Educational Qualification:

  • BBA / B.Com / B.A. with specialization in HR
  • Preferred: MBA in HR / PG Diploma in HRM

Preferred candidate profile

  • 2-5 years in HR; prior internship or experience in a

    construction or infrastructure company

    is preferred
