Responsibilities

• Thrive as a strategic business partner to senior leaders, providing proactive HR solutions aligned with business goals.
• Act as a guide and mentor to leadership in driving people strategy, fostering business transformation, and optimizing workforce capability.
• Lead and deliver HR operations, which include HR analytics, performance appraisal, employee relations, and organizational change management.
• Drive robust initiatives around diversity, equity, and inclusion to strengthen a culture of belongingness.
• Plan and execute data-driven strategies for workforce planning, succession frameworks, and career development plans.
• Implement innovative employee engagement strategies to elevate collective organizational success.
• Steer change management initiatives with a focus on transforming organizational design effectively.
• Cultivate collaboration across teams and ensure adherence to company values, mission, and long-term organizational goals.

Requirements

• Education

  : Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Experience

  : Minimum of 15 years as an HRBP in a dynamic, fast-paced organization with evidence of strong leadership.
• Expertise in HR operations, employee engagement, organizational development, and performance management.
• Proven skills in strategic business partnering, change management, and HR analytics.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance frameworks, and best HR practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead diversity and inclusion initiatives effectively.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and deliver impactful results in a matrixed environment.
