Role: Junior Partner Manager

Location: Chennai, India (on‑site)

Type: Full‑time


As a Junior Partner Manager, you’ll be the connective tissue between SaaS22 and our worldwide partner ecosystem. You’ll nurture relationships, fuel pipeline growth, and ensure every partner interaction translates into mutual, measurable success. Working side‑by‑side with our sales and marketing squads, you’ll turn data‑driven insights into outreach that lands meetings, fills events, and accelerates revenue.


Key Responsibilities

Prospect Outreach & Pipeline Growth

  • Execute multichannel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone) to book discovery calls.
  • Maintain and segment a real‑time pipeline of engaged prospects, updating activity in our CRM.

Research & Market Intelligence

  • Identify high‑value prospects for both vendor services and flagship events.
  • Track competitor moves, pricing shifts, and product launches to sharpen outreach messaging.

Event Audience Acquisition

  • Recruit ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and influencers to attend virtual and in‑person events.
  • Manage invitation cadences, confirmations, reminders, and post‑event follow‑ups for a flawless attendee journey.

Digital Presence & Link Building

  • Drive backlink campaigns and referral traffic to boost event visibility and overall brand authority.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Sync daily with sales, marketing, and product teams to align messaging, share insights, and refine go‑to‑market plays.

Performance Analytics

  • Monitor partnership and campaign KPIs; surface actionable insights to improve conversion rates and partner satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring

  • A knack for proactive outreach and relationship‑building—whether through cold emails or social selling.
  • Strong research skills and curiosity about SaaS trends, pricing, and competitive landscapes.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and a data‑oriented mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; you can craft copy that converts and speak confidently with executives.
  • Event‑coordination chops are a plus—especially managing registrations, reminders, and post‑event engagement.
