Job Overview:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound reachouts to potential prospects via email, social media, and other channels to schedule meetings.
  • Research and Outreach to potential prospects for both events and services
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects 
  • Engage in link building and generating referral traffic to enhance our event's online presence and Brand presence.
  • Actively recruit attendees for various company events, focusing on ICPs and target audience.
  • Manage and expand our global attendee prospect database, segmenting and distributing invitations, and managing attendee confirmations and reminders.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to align outreach efforts with broader company and event marketing strategies.
  • Ensure a seamless attendee experience from registration through post-event follow-up by managing all communications and logistical details.



Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Sheets/Excel, Canva, and basic gSuite applications.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff and external partners.

  • Capacity to work independently as well as part of a small, closely-knit team.
