Junior Operations Executive (Fresher)

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily flight booking requests, modifications and cancellations using The Book Flight tools and portals.

  • Verify passenger details, travel dates, and fares to ensure errorfree ticket issuance.
  • Coordinate with senior operations and support teams to resolve PNR, payment or schedule issues.
  • Maintain records of bookings, followups and customer interactions in the system.
  • Assist customers over phone, WhatsApp and email with basic queries related to bookings and policies.
  • Escalate complex cases to senior team members while ensuring timely updates to the customer.

Skills & Requirements

  • Any graduate with good communication skills (Hindi + basic English).
  • Strong willingness to learn online tools, airline portals and booking systems.
  • Detailoriented, disciplined and comfortable working with numbers and data.
  • Positive attitude, ability to work in a fastpaced, targetdriven environment.

Sales Executive (13 Years)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound leads from website, WhatsApp, calls and social media, understand customer travel needs and suggest best flight options.

  • Prepare and share fare quotes, special offers and alternatives to close bookings.
  • Follow up with interested customers, maintain a lead pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Upsell and crosssell addons such as extra baggage, preferred seats, insurance or ancillary services where applicable.

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and conversions in CRM/booking tools.
  • Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth ticket issuance and postbooking support.

Skills & Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, travel agency, or customerfacing role.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills with a customerfirst mindset.
  • Basic understanding of flight fares, routes and travel basics is an advantage.

  • Comfortable working with targets, followups and rotational shifts if required.

Travel Consultant – International (3+ Years)

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with customers to understand their international travel plans, budget and preferences.
  • Research and design bestfit itineraries using GDS/airline portals, including multicity and longhaul routes.

  • Book and manage international flights, reissues, refunds, schedule changes and special service requests.
  • Advise customers on baggage rules, transit requirements, basic visa/travel documentation information and airline policies.

  • Coordinate with airlines and suppliers to secure seats, resolve PNR issues and negotiate where required.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy in fares, taxes and ticketing to avoid ADM or penalties.

Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of handson experience in international ticketing / travel consulting in an OTA or travel agency.
  • Strong knowledge of international routes, hubs and airline rules.
  • Experience with any GDS or airline booking system (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.) is preferred.

  • Excellent communication, problemsolving skills and ability to work under time pressure.
