Junior Operations Executive

As a Resident & Project Coordinator, your role involves managing accommodations and projects for international participants. Your responsibilities include: - Performing administrative and operational tasks for managing the accommodations of the organization. - Arranging and coordinating pickup and drop for all participants using services like UBER and other available options. - Assisting participants in understanding their project, Indian culture, and the rules of SBB during the welcome orientation. - Managing vendor relationships and coordinating with various vendors such as food, cleaning, and travel. - Ensuring participants adhere to accommodation rules and other regulations, and resolving problems or communication issues as they arise. - Organizing Indian cultural activities and workshops for all participants. - Identifying social development projects, internships, host families, and meeting other requirements from the organization. - Collaborating with project coordinators for regular projects and addressing feedback from participants. - Securing host families and other stay options for participant accommodations when needed. - Ensuring positive feedback on stay, meals, extracurricular activities, and projects from all participants. - Providing emergency support to participants as required. - Maintaining an expense sheet related to accommodation and operational expenses. - Creating high-quality video testimonials and capturing project pictures for each participant to share with SBB management. - Accompanying participants to various projects and managing transportation when necessary. - Capturing project and extracurricular activity photos, as well as images during weekend excursions. - Reporting participant details, project updates, communication, and requirements to SBB management.,
