Teacher

As a Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching all core subjects including English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, and any other subjects as required for the grade level. You will adapt and implement a comprehensive curriculum based on the school's educational philosophy and standards. This includes preparing lesson plans, learning materials, and activities to enhance student learning. Your role will involve using innovative teaching techniques, multimedia, and interactive methods to create an engaging and stimulating learning environment. You will conduct regular assessments to evaluate students" progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain detailed records of students" academic achievements and behavior. It will be your duty to establish and maintain a well-organized, disciplined, and safe classroom environment that promotes respect, cooperation, and active learning. Providing individualized attention and support to students who may need additional help is crucial, ensuring all students are able to succeed to the best of their abilities. Regular communication with parents regarding student progress, conducting parent-teacher meetings, and encouraging a positive relationship between the school and families is an essential part of the role. You will also be expected to participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on best practices in primary education. Collaboration with other teachers, staff, and school leadership to enhance the overall educational experience and ensure consistency in teaching practices across grade levels will be necessary. Additionally, assisting in or contributing to extracurricular activities that promote holistic development of students, such as cultural events, sports, or school projects, will be part of your responsibilities.,
