Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Teacher based in Delhi, India. The Teacher will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging lesson plans, conducting interactive teaching sessions, and fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. Key responsibilities include providing effective training, monitoring student progress, and maintaining open communication with parents. Collaboration with fellow educators to support children's overall growth and development is a vital aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Teaching strategies
• Background in Education with experience in early childhood learning
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to deliver Training and provide guidance to students
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for nurturing young learners
• Familiarity with Montessori or playway teaching methods is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field is required; additional certifications in early childhood education are advantageous
• Previous experience working with children in a teaching or facilitation role is highly preferred
