Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India for a Female Parent Engagement Coordinator. The Parent Engagement Coordinator will serve as a bridge between the school and parents, ensuring open lines of communication and promoting strong partnerships. Key responsibilities include engaging with admission enquiries, organizing parent engagement programs, addressing parent inquiries, coordinating parent-teacher meetings, and ensuring adherence to school policies. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with the academic and administrative teams to create a positive and enriching experience for children.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with parents and staff.
• Organizational and coordination skills for planning events, meetings, and parent programs.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution to handle concerns effectively.
• Experience in early education or customer engagement roles is highly desirable.
• Ability to work on-site full-time with a collaborative and professional demeanor.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
