Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Early Childhood Educator located in Delhi, India. The Early Childhood Educator will be responsible for planning and implementing educational activities that foster learning and development in young children. Daily tasks will include conducting engaging lessons, organizing creative activities, maintaining a safe and welcoming classroom environment, and assessing children's developmental progress. Collaboration with other educators and communication with parents will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to work effectively with children
• Knowledge and understanding of Early Childhood Development
• Creativity Skills for planning and conducting creative activities
• Excellent Organization Skills
• Experience working with children in an educational setting
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred
• Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for working with young children
