Junior Operations Executive

Order & Dispatch Management

• Process & verify Sales Orders in coordination with Warehouse for timely dispatch
• Prepare Amazon Invoices, Credit Notes (CN), and Safe-T Claims
• Track deliveries and manage courier follow-ups, including reverse pickups

Customer & Sales Coordination

• Work closely with the Sales Team on order status, delivery timelines & documentation
• Maintain customer issue trackers and support complaint resolution & CN preparation
• Ensure accurate billing, record keeping and communication

Inventory & Documentation

• Update inventory in Zoho (Stock, GRN, STR, etc.) and assist in stock reconciliation
• Maintain accurate operational documentation & periodic MIS reports

Imports & Vendor CoordinationRole & responsibilities

• Support Purchase Order planning, vendor communication & shipment follow-ups
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHAs & logistics partners for import shipments
• Assist in maintaining compliance and import documentation

Preferred candidate profile

• Organizational Skills:

  Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain accuracy

• Communication Skills:

  Clear and professional written & verbal communication

• Technical Proficiency:

  Good command over MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivots preferred) & PowerPoint

• Analytical Skills:

  Ability to analyze data, track metrics & create reports

• Problem-Solving:

  Demonstrates proactive resolution of operational issues

• Team Collaboration:

  Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and senior staff

• Detail-Oriented & Proactive

  approach to work

• Familiarity with Zoho Books / Zoho Inventory

  (an advantage)

• Education:

  Bachelor's degree (BBA / B.Com / MBA Operations/Supply Chain preferred)
