The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, including talent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. You'll play a key role in identifying exceptional talent, ensuring a smooth hiring experience, and supporting our organisation's growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Talent Acquisition:

  Identify, attract, and recruit qualified candidates to meet the organisation's hiring needs across various functions.

• Collaborate with teams to draft clear, engaging, and accurate job descriptions, and post them across relevant job portals and social media platforms.

• Screening and Interviewing:

  Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interview schedules and feedback to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

• Offer and Onboarding:

  Prepare and extend job offers, support negotiation when required, and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

• HR Admin & Data Management:

  Maintain and regularly update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Manage attendance tracking, leave records, and HR documentation in an organised manner.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:

• Any Graduation/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a relevant field.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Adhere to ethical standards and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
