Job Summary:

CogCons IT India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Operations Executive with a background in Supply Chain Management and relevant experience in Home Automation. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, managing vendors and inventory, handling logistics, and ensuring smooth execution of customer projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Management: Identify, coordinate, and manage vendor relationships to ensure material quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely supply.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records of home automation materials and ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Logistics Handling: Manage end-to-end logistics to ensure materials and equipment reach the project site on time and in good condition.
  • Project Execution: Support and coordinate project execution schedules, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
  • Customer Interaction: Act as a customer-facing representative for operational updates, project coordination, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients for seamless project flow.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and delivery records.
  • Assist the senior operations team in workflow optimization and process improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and operational standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in Home Automation operations is Preferred.
  • Proven experience in vendor management, inventory handling, and logistics coordination.
  • Strong understanding of project execution workflows and timelines.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills (client and vendor-facing).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
