Position: Junior Operations Executive
Location: Bangalore
Salary: Up to ₹28,000/-
Experience: 1+ year in operations or customer service (Freshers with strong communication are welcome)
Reporting To: Senior Operations Executive

Key Locations:
You will manage one centre from these 3:

• Sarjapur
• Panathur
• Thubrahalli

(Regular visits and reporting to Head Office – Church Street)

Role Highlights:

• Handle daily operations, cleanliness & trainer coordination at your assigned centre
• Greet walk-ins, assist parents, resolve queries
• Drive walk-in conversions, support local promotions & tele-calling
• Maintain reports, logs, and schedules
• Participate in business development & team meetings

Ideal Candidate:

• Graduate (B.Com/BBA/M.Com preferred)
• 1+ year in ops/sales/service OR a confident, smart fresher
• Energetic, flexible, and people-friendly
• Comfortable with fieldwork and centre visits

Work Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM | Weekly off: 1 day (rotational/fixed)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month
