Location : Sector 2, Noida (In-Office) Role : Key Account Manager – Quick Commerce (APPL Brands: Beardhood, Sotrue & Djokr) About Us Alphanso Products Pvt. Ltd. is an innovative beauty and personal care products company based in Noida, India. We are a fast-growing, seed-funded D2C startup. Profitably grown bootstrapped for the last 6 years and now looking to scale growth by executing our growth playbook across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and Quick Commerce channels. Our goal is to innovate the personal care space and reach a revenue of INR 100 Cr. ARR by 2026. Leadership Team : Consists of well-established professionals from Bain & Co. & KPMG. Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to lead our presence across Quick Commerce platforms (e.g., Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart). The ideal candidate should have solid industry knowledge in e-commerce and hands-on experience managing quick commerce portfolios. This role will own the P&L responsibility for quick commerce and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end quick commerce business for all APPL brands: Beardhood, Sotrue & Djokr Build and nurture relationships with category managers on platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc. Drive revenue growth through efficient assortment planning, visibility strategies, pricing, and offers Collaborate with the design and marketing teams for platform-specific creatives and campaigns Plan and execute new product launches on Q-Commerce platforms Forecasting and inventory planning in coordination with supply chain and warehouse teams Analyze performance data and identify growth levers across platforms Manage and monitor marketing spends to maximize visibility and ROI Stay updated with category trends and competitor activity in the quick commerce space Qualifications 1–3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce or quick commerce Prior experience managing Quick Commerce platforms is a must Strong analytical and Excel skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (design, marketing, supply chain) Industry knowledge in personal care, grooming, or wellness is a plus What’s in it for you Opportunity to build and scale the quick commerce vertical for leading D2C personal care brands Fast-track growth opportunity in a performance-driven organization Work closely with experienced professionals from top-tier firms like Bain & Co. and KPMG A collaborative, innovative, and high-growth startup culture Competitive salary and benefits package Show more Show less
