Job Purpose
The Team Member- Recruitment is responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interview coordinating, and onboarding candidates to ensure timely and quality hiring. It involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand talent needs, leveraging various sourcing strategies, maintaining candidate pipelines, and maintaining a positive candidate experience. Additionally, the role supports employer branding initiatives, facilitates compliance with hiring policies, and contributes to process improvements for efficient talent acquisition.

Responsibilities
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Sourcing & Job Posting
- Update and post job descriptions on Naukri, Career Site, LinkedIn, and IJP.
- Review new job applicants on SF (SuccessFactors).
- Tag and upload candidate profiles on SF for tracking and processing.
- SF Adherence

Interview Management
- Schedule interviews by coordinating availability with candidates and panels.
- Manage end-to-end interview coordination.
- Average TAT for Position Closure
Selection & Offer Process
- Capture relevant details for NFA.
- Release the final offer to selected candidates.
- Follow up on IEFs, email checks, and clearing.
- Offer Acceptance Rate
- Offer to Joining Ratio
Pre-Employment Formalities
- Initiate pre-screening document (PSD) collection.
- Initiate Background Verification (BGV) and share reports with BHR.
- Initiate medical checkups and share medical reports with BHR.

- Audit & Compliance Rate
Onboarding & Reporting
- Initiate the onboarding process for selected candidates.
- Update and maintain hiring trackers, including weekly reviews and YTD tracker updates.

Stakeholder Engagement & Coordination
- Conduct engagement calls with Hiring Managers & BHR to understand hiring needs.
- Share shortlisted CVs with BHR and Hiring Managers for validation.
- Conduct a calibration call if rejection rates exceed 50%.
- Follow up on interview feedback with panels and candidates.
- Coordinate offer review discussions with the sector SPOC.
- Conduct calls with consultants for sourcing and updates.
- TAT for Reporting to BHRs
