Role Responsibilities

Junior / Intern Architect

• Assist in developing

  conceptual layouts

  ,

  presentation drawings

  , and

  working drawings

  .
• Support the design of

  high-rise and mixed-use buildings

  ensuring

  DCPR/UDCPR compliance

  .
• Collaborate with

  legal teams

  to align design with statutory requirements.
• Conduct

  site visits

  for measurements, progress tracking, and quality checks.
• Prepare

  3D visualizations

  and

  material boards

  for client presentations.
• Assist in preparing approval drawings for

  CIDCO, MCGM, and other local authorities

  .
• Work closely with

  senior architects, engineers, and project managers

  to ensure seamless execution.

What We’re Looking For

• B.Arch

  (fresh graduates) or

  final-year architecture students

  may apply.
• Familiarity with

  DCPR/UDCPR building regulations

  is an advantage. (Mandatory for mid-level applicants)

• Proficiency in AutoCAD

  (required) and

  SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop

  (preferred).
• Strong

  design sense

  , eye for detail, and problem-solving attitude.

• Good communication skills

  in English; Marathi and Hindi are an added plus.

• Navi Mumbai residents

  or candidates with

  experience working on Navi Mumbai projects

  will be given preference.
• Background in

  real estate or redevelopment projects

  will be an added advantage.
