Interested candidates share your resume on: anita.thadathil@capsavvy.com Junior HR Administrator Location : On-site Type : Full-time | Entry-level | Fresher About the Role We’re looking for a highly organized and motivated Junior HR Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this on-site, entry-level role, you’ll play a key part in supporting core HR functions including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records management, and internal events. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Human Resources within a fast-paced, hands-on environment . Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HR systems Draft and manage HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and employment confirmations Track and report employee attendance, leave, and other relevant HR data Post job openings and coordinate interview logistics Communicate with candidates and assist throughout the hiring process Support onboarding by preparing welcome kits and coordinating orientation sessions Respond to general HR inquiries from employees and escalate when necessary Help organize internal HR initiatives such as onboarding sessions, compliance trainings, and employee engagement events Schedule meetings, manage HR calendars, and coordinate logistics for interviews and training sessions Prepare reports, presentations, and other HR-related materials What We’re Looking For Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or currently pursuing). (MBA will not be considered) Up to 2 years of experience in HR or administrative support. (Freshers preferred) Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HR platforms is a plus. Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information. A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn in a collaborative environment. Show more Show less
