Junior Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Prepare dashboards, visualizations, and reports for business teams.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver meaningful analyses.
• Assist in maintaining data quality, accuracy, and integrity.
• Support the development of automated reports and data processes.
• Document methodologies, data definitions, and analytical processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in data analysis or related roles (internships/projects acceptable).
• Strong proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of SQL.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
• Basic understanding of statistical concepts and analytical methods.
• Experience with Python or R is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to explain insights clearly.

Preferred / Good-to-Have

• Experience with data cleaning and preprocessing techniques.
• Knowledge of business intelligence concepts and reporting automation.
• Familiarity with databases and cloud platforms.
• Understanding of KPIs, dashboards, and business metrics.
