Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment for IT roles across various domains and technologies
  • Source and screen candidates using job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and internal ATS (CEIPAL)
  • Work closely with

    Prime Vendors

    and manage direct client submissions
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates until closure
  • Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for both immediate and future needs
  • Maintain candidate and submission records accurately using CEIPAL
  • Ensure strong communication and positive experience throughout the recruitment process.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum

    2 years

    of experience in

    IT recruitment

    (US Staffing)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with

    Prime Vendors

    and submit skilled candidates effectively
  • Experience working on

    C2C, W2, and Full-Time

    requirements
  • Familiarity with CEIPAL or other ATS tools
  • Must be target-driven, energetic, and a team player
