Position Overview

Screen Andragogy platforms is seeking a Junior AI & Media Finance Analyst with deep expertise in media finance, AI-powered modeling, and investment strategy. This role supports clients in the entertainment sector by combining advanced financial analysis with AI-enhanced workflows. The consultant will contribute to custom research, automated financial tools, and strategic financial documentation for clients.

This position is designed for long-term cultural and strategic alignment. Therefore, full-time hiring is not offered directly. All candidates must first complete a mandatory one-year internship or consulting residency, during which they will work closely with our leadership and clients to understand our mission, operating model, and value delivery.

🌍 Selected candidates must be willing to travel with the company for at least 1–2 years. This is essential for:

Only after successful completion of this phase will candidates be evaluated for full-time positions, based on value creation, strategic alignment, and contribution to Screen Andragogy platforms ecosystem.

Position & Career Progression

Title: Junior AI & Media Finance Analyst (Internship/Consulting Track)

This is a structured, long-term opportunity designed to transition high-performing candidates into permanent roles:

• Year 1: Internship + Junior AI & Media Finance Analyst Role (minimum 1-year duration) – Hands-on experience with live projects, client engagements, and AI-driven media finance tools.
• Year 2: Promotion to Associate – AI & Media Finance (Fixed-Term Contract) based on performance.
• Post-Year 2: Conversion to Full-Time Permanent Position for candidates who meet performance, certification, and cultural fit requirements.

Workplace & Location Model

Screen Andragogy Platforms operates under a hub-and-spoke model:

• Hub: Near Vijayawada (currently without a developed ecosystem; operations via coworking spaces).
• Work Mode: Hybrid ,Mix of Both Work From Home and Work From Office, with occasional coworking space attendance 5–7 days/month for meetings, team sessions, or client work.

Key Responsibilities

• AI-Driven Investment Analysis: Build ROI models for media projects using AI tools and comparable content data.
• Capital Structuring & Deal Design: Assist with co-productions, slate financing, tax incentives, and revenue modeling.
• Research Services: Lead semi-autonomous research projects on funding strategy and profitability.
• Industry Trend Monitoring: Track blockchain, NFTs, and alternative media finance technologies.

Eligibility & Qualifications

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics
• MBA in Finance,Fintech
• Master’s in Data Science

Professional Certifications:

• CFA, CA, ACCA, CMA
• Data Science for Finance certifications

Skills & Experience:

• Interest or experience in media finance, investment analysis, or financial technology
• Proficiency in financial modeling (Excel, Python, R) and basic understanding of AI/ML concepts
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-disciplinary collaboration skills
