Job Overview We are seeking a forward-thinking AI-UX Innovation Engineer with a strong foundation in frontend development and dashboard design to lead the user experience design for full-scale SaaS and AaaS products. This role blends creative design with intelligent systems, focusing on building intuitive, responsive, and AI-integrated dashboards that simplify complex workflows and bring clarity to data-driven insights. You will play a key role in shaping the end-to-end user journey of AI-powered software products—from wireframes to deployment-ready frontends. Join our innovation team through a 6 month mandatory internship, with an opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance ,because no direct Hriing policy for the company. This role is ideal for early-career developers (0–2 years experience) who want to work at the intersection of AI, media, and product innovation. Key Responsibilities Design and prototype complete SaaS product user experiences, including onboarding, dashboards, workflows, settings, and analytics views. Build intuitive and intelligent dashboards for SaaS and AaaS platforms, integrating real-time data, AI insights, and interactive visualizations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AI, product, backend, and business teams) to align product logic with user-friendly design. Translate user needs and AI-driven outputs into structured, responsive interfaces. Develop and maintain scalable frontend components using modern frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular. Create consistent design systems and reusable UI elements that support long-term product scalability. Conduct usability testing and user research to refine user experience based on actual feedback. Work closely with AI engineers to ensure seamless integration of machine learning models and intelligent features. Required Skills Proven experience in designing and building full SaaS product interfaces and dashboards. Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles, especially for complex, data-heavy applications. Hands-on development experience with frontend frameworks like React (preferred), Vue, or Angular. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools for prototyping and component design. Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face), and how they influence UX. Experience integrating API-driven content, dashboards, and analytics into responsive UIs. Ability to design for both SaaS (subscription-based software) and AaaS (custom AI agent services). Nice-to-Have Experience with data visualization libraries (e.g., Recharts, D3.js, Chart.js). Understanding of design systems and component-based architecture (e.g., Storybook, Tailwind). Background in B2B SaaS, media tech, or education technology. Knowledge of accessibility standards and performance optimization for web apps.
