AI-UX Innovation Engineer

As an AI-UX Innovation Engineer at Screen Andragogy Platforms, you will play a crucial role in designing and prototyping user experiences for full-scale SaaS and AaaS products. Your focus will be on creating intuitive and intelligent dashboards that simplify complex workflows and provide clarity to data-driven insights. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and prototyping complete SaaS product user experiences, including onboarding, dashboards, workflows, settings, and analytics views. - Building intuitive and intelligent dashboards for SaaS and AaaS platforms, integrating real-time data, AI insights, and interactive visualizations. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align product logic with user-friendly design. - Translating user needs and AI-driven outputs into structured, responsive interfaces. - Developing and maintaining scalable frontend components using modern frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular. - Creating consistent design systems and reusable UI elements to support long-term product scalability. - Conducting usability testing and user research to refine user experience based on actual feedback. - Working closely with AI engineers to ensure seamless integration of machine learning models and intelligent features. Required Skills: - Proven experience in designing and building full SaaS product interfaces and dashboards. - Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles, especially for complex, data-heavy applications. - Hands-on development experience with frontend frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular. - Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools for prototyping and component design. - Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face), and how they influence UX. - Experience integrating API-driven content, dashboards, and analytics into responsive UIs. - Ability to design for both SaaS (subscription-based software) and AaaS (custom AI agent services). Nice-to-Have: - Experience with data visualization libraries (e.g., Recharts, D3.js, Chart.js). - Understanding of design systems and component-based architecture (e.g., Storybook, Tailwind). - Background in B2B SaaS, media tech, or education technology. - Knowledge of accessibility standards and performance optimization for web apps. - Basic backend understanding for better collaboration (e.g., REST APIs, data structures).
