Jr. HR Executive

As a Jr. HR Executive at Hydrotech Paryavaran Pvt. You will be responsible for preparing and submitting EPF and ESIC challans accurately and on time, handling recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities, maintaining attendance, leave records, and personnel files, supporting statutory compliance activities, overseeing office administration and general coordination tasks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and HR regulations. Qualifications and Skills: - MBA in Human Resource Management is mandatory. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. - Strong knowledge of EPF, ESIC, and statutory compliance procedures. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
