Job Description:

Hydrotech Paryavaran India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and experienced Operation & Maintenance Manager to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) and ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) facilities, with a strong commitment to sustainability and environmental standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain STP & ETP facilities.
• Manage billing and project documentation as per contract requirements.
• Coordinate with clients and resolve operational issues effectively.
• Supervise plant manpower and ensure smooth operations.
• Submit daily reports to the Head Office.
• Ensure full compliance with wastewater treatment regulations and guidelines.

Key Requirements:

• Strong expertise in STP & ETP operations.
• Experience in manpower management and plant supervision.
• Proficiency in client coordination and operational reporting.
• Willingness to relocate to any site location as per requirement.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc/B.Tech in Chemistry, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• M.Sc. in Environmental Science.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in STP & ETP operations (Mandatory).
