Job Summary:

Position: Jr. HR Executive

Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)

Experience: 0–2 years

What you’ll be doing:

Supporting hiring from writing job posts to screening and coordinating interviews.
Managing attendance, leaves, and basic HR documentation.
Helping with onboarding and making new team members feel settled.
Maintaining communication between teams and management - no lost messages.
Assisting in team engagement, training coordination, and culture-building activities.
