Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with a 360-degree marketing approach to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in all areas of digital marketing including SEO/SEM, email, social media, paid ads, content marketing, analytics, and performance marketing, while also understanding offline integration.

Key Responsibilities:Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and execute integrated 360-degree digital marketing strategies that align with business goals.
  • Create digital marketing roadmaps and campaign plans with KPIs and ROI targets.
  • Collaborate with creative, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.

Campaign Execution:

  • Manage end-to-end digital campaigns including paid media (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), email marketing, SMS, push notifications, SEO, and content distribution.
  • Coordinate with agencies or internal teams for campaign production, design, and rollout.
  • A/B test creatives, messaging, and targeting to optimize performance.

Content & Social Media:

  • Oversee content creation strategies for blogs, landing pages, social media, and email.
  • Manage brand presence across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
  • Monitor social listening and engagement metrics to adjust strategies.

SEO & SEM:

  • Optimize website and landing pages for search engines (on-page and off-page SEO).
  • Manage paid search campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.

Email & CRM Marketing:

  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Segment audiences and personalize communication using CRM data.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Facebook Ads Manager, and other dashboards to analyze campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports on performance, insights, and recommendations.
  • Track attribution, conversions, and customer journey across all touchpoints.

Offline Integration (Optional):

  • Coordinate with offline marketing/PR/events teams to ensure consistent omnichannel campaigns.
  • Support ATL/BTL campaigns with digital amplification.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of 360-degree digital marketing
  • Hands-on experience with performance marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), CRM/email platforms
  • Content marketing and social media strategy
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills
  • Excellent project management and multitasking ability
  • Data-driven mindset with an eye for creativity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year

Experience:
