Jr. Account Executive

6th Street Artist was established in January 2018 to reflect the apprentice-based nature of the film and video industry. We specialize in influencer discovery, campaign execution, and managing relationships with influencers and clients. Our vision is to push creative boundaries to produce impactful content videos and films. We handle all aspects from planning to influencer onboarding and campaign monitoring across various social media platforms. Our team, consisting of directors, producers, videographers, and editors, strives to transform one-dimensional ideas into cinematic realities and elevate the talents of influencers to achieve greater reach and engagement.

Role Description

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other accounting documents.
• Input financial data into accounting software and maintain accurate records.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.
• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing and vendor payments.
• Support the payroll process by verifying timesheets and ensuring accuracy.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
• Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management, providing updates on tasks and projects.

Qualifications

• Completing a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Budget - 12k to 18k
• Experience in accounting must be from 6 months to 1 year
