Key Responsibilities: · Drive sales and revenue from new and existing exhibitors (booths, sponsorships, ads, integrated packages). · Re-engage lapsed clients who have not participated in recent event cycles. · Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions. · Conduct lead generation via networking, cold calls, digital, industry events, and market research. · Develop and execute sales plans for account growth through upselling and cross-selling. · Provide strategic input based on market trends and customer feedback for event planning and marketing. · Collaborate closely with Exhibition Operations to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery. · Assist with on-site rebooking and client engagement during events. · Maintain updated, accurate CRM records and generate timely sales reports for management. · Resolve client concerns and support the finance team with overdue accounts as needed. · Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to improve positioning and performance.
