About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Placement Officer to build strong industry linkages and facilitate student internships and job placements in Clinical Research. The role involves networking with pharmaceutical companies, CROs, hospitals, and research organizations, while guiding students towards successful careers.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain industry connections for placements and internships.

Organize campus recruitment drives, career fairs, and guest lectures.

Guide students in resume writing, interview preparation, and career planning.

Coordinate placement activities and maintain records.

Collaborate with faculty to align training with industry requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s in any discipline, or Clinical Research, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or Management (MBA preferred).

3–5 years’ experience in placement, recruitment, or corporate relations (healthcare/clinical research preferred).

Strong communication, networking, and organizational skills.
