Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead sales efforts for turnkey laboratory infrastructure solutions, driving both revenue and client satisfaction.
Identify, evaluate, and convert high-potential prospects including pharma companies, research institutions, consultants, and architects.
Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions that highlight the companys engineering strengths.
Pitch complete turnkey offerings including design, lab furniture, HVAC, MEP utilities, and project execution capabilities.
Prepare and present detailed commercial proposals and negotiate high-value contracts.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets for the region.
Collaborate with internal teams including design, estimation, and execution to ensure seamless project handover and delivery.
Provide timely reports, sales forecasts, and market insights to the senior management.
Build long-term client relationships, ensuring recurring business and referrals.
Represent the company in exhibitions, seminars, and industry events to enhance market visibility.

Preferred candidate profile

Turnkey Laboratory Infrastructure / Cleanroom Solutions / Technical Project Sales
Experience in B2B/Project Sales/lab infrastructure solutions.
Strong understanding of project-based sales cycles, tendering, and institutional sales processes.
Prior experience in working with architects or consultants is essential.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a highly technical domain.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently, lead customer meetings, and drive negotiations.
Willingness to travel based on project and client requirements.
Strategic thinking and customer-centric approach to selling.
