Your Mission

Lead the transformation of our sourcing operations into a world-class, future-ready engine. Forecast demand, negotiate high-stakes contracts, own the make-or-buy strategy, and deliver bottom-line impact across every rupee spent.

What You'll Own

End-to-End Procurement Strategy

• Build and execute strategic sourcing across Civil, MEP, HVAC, specialized lab systems, consumables, and high-value imports.
• Drive OEM-direct procurement strategies and out-of-the-box cost reduction techniques in turnkey project sourcing.
• Establish long-term contracts with key vendors and strategic substitutes in India and overseas.

Forecasting & Ordering Intelligence

• Implement demand forecasting systems aligned with project pipeline, inventory cycles, and sales trends.
• Ensure optimal stock levels, eliminate overordering, and prevent bottlenecks.

Make-or-Buy Leadership

• Conduct detailed cost-benefit analyses for critical items.
• Drive in-house vs. outsourced decisions based on margin impact, timelines, and IP considerations.

High-Impact Negotiations

• Lock in annual procurement contracts that improve pricing, quality, and delivery guarantees.
• Leverage vendor psychology, data, and market intelligence to maximize outcomes.

Vendor Ecosystem Development

• Build and manage a scalable, diversified, and high-trust vendor base across domestic and international markets.
• Identify strategic partnerships and onboarding new vendors for cost and risk optimization.
• Develop high-quality vendors in India and abroad as strong substitutes for cost reduction.

Global Sourcing & Compliance

• Manage import logistics, CHA coordination, FTAs, Incoterms, and documentation with zero compliance lapses.
• Stay ahead of changes in customs, taxation, and regulatory frameworks.

Digital Transformation & Analytics

• Champion PR-to-PO automation, integrated dashboards, predictive procurement analytics, and TDS linkage.
• Use data to identify gaps, save costs, and drive performance.
• Lead initiatives like reverse auctions and analytics-led negotiations to save costs and increase transparency.

Cross-Functional Influence

• Collaborate with Sales, Design, Finance, and Projects to influence pricing, reduce TCO, and win turnkey bids.
• Align procurement to company-wide KPIs, P&L goals, and working capital efficiency.

Leadership & Culture Building

• Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performance procurement team with urgency, integrity, and strategic clarity.

Who You Are

• 1216 years of experience in EPC/EPCM or complex infra projects, with at least 100 Cr+ sourcing portfolios.
• Strong estimation background, preferably in turnkey projects, to lead Estimation + Procurement functions.
• Sharp strategist with deep negotiation instincts and a flair for vendor psychology.
• Skilled in SAP/ERP, TCO frameworks, customs law, FTAs, and global sourcing models.
• Respected leader - resilient under pressure, decisive in chaos, and collaborative by nature.
• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (preferred) or relevant technical stream.
• Known for building zero-error systems, vendor ecosystems, and high-trust supplier relationships.
