Summary:

We are seeking a results-oriented Sourcing Specialist with 7-8 years of experience in IT procurement to join our team in Mumbai. This role will be a strategic partner in driving cost management, process improvement, and procurement transformation within our organizations IT spending. The successful candidate will manage the entire lifecycle of IT-related procurement, from sourcing and negotiation to contract management and vendor relationship management.

Key accountabilities:

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for IT infrastructure (end user computing, routers, switches, servers), consumables, software, and professional services.
• Conduct comprehensive cost analysis and price benchmarking to optimize IT spending.
• Utilize e-auction tools and negotiate contracts with vendors.
• Collaborate with legal and stakeholders to execute contract management processes.
• Develop and deliver monthly reports and presentations on sourcing activities and cost savings to local and regional management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in engineering or MBA preferred.
• 7-8 years of experience in IT procurement, ideally within BFSI, FMCG, or consulting.
• Strong understanding of the IT market and various products/services.
• Proven experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and e-auctions.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

• Understanding of AI will be an added advantage.
