Vendor & Contractor Coordination Liaise with civil contractors, modular vendors, carpenters, electricians, and painters for smooth execution. Monitor contractor performance and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Attend site coordination meetings and report progress/issues. 4. Design Interpretation & Adaptation Interpret AutoCAD/3D drawings and provide on-site guidance for any technical clarification. Suggest alternatives or modifications in case of site-specific constraints while maintaining design intent. 5. Quality Control & Safety Perform stage-wise quality checks to ensure proper finishes, material use, and adherence to design specifications. Ensure safety standards and site cleanliness are maintained throughout the project duration. 6. Reporting & Documentation Maintain daily/weekly progress reports, material tracking sheets, and issue logs. Coordinate handover process, including snag list completion and final quality checks. Key Skills Required Strong on-site supervision skills across both residential and commercial interior projects. Good knowledge of interior materials, finishes, modular systems, and execution practices. Proficiency in reading and interpreting AutoCAD drawings; working knowledge of SketchUp or 3D software is a plus. Ability to multitask across multiple sites and manage vendors independently. Strong communication, problem-solving, and client interaction skills.
