Inventory Management: Monthly Cycle count, ensuring the MUV gap, Stock adjustment with the co-ordination with Business Finance. Capacity Planning: Evaluate production capacity and constraints; identify bottlenecks and propose load balancing or capacity expansion strategies. Analyse the under usage of planned machines against demand. Communicate the Gap Analysis Report to respective line.
