Provide training on quality control techniques to team members. Desired Candidate Profile 2-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control or a related field (BPO industry preferred). Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech/B.E., MS/M.Sc(Science), MBA). Strong understanding of quality engineering principles, process inspection methods, and statistical analysis techniques. Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
