Key Responsibilities: Monitor suspicious activities, liaise with intelligence sources, and submit threat assessments. Act as first responder during emergencies, conduct drills, and coordinate with local authorities. Manage security personnel discipline, training, deployment, and compliance with updated SOPs. Oversee CCTV, biometrics, boom barriers, and other security systems with timely audits and repairs. Conduct regular risk assessments, analyze threats, and develop practical security solutions. Drive training programs, emergency drills, and awareness sessions for guards and plant personnel. Collaborate with software engineering teams to integrate secure development practices. Requirement: Must have experience in managing a large plant and workforce of 12,000+ employees. Work with Software Engineering Product teams to inegrate secure development practices Exposure to multinational customers, Command over languages (Tamil, English, Hindi) Note Ex Service Personnel are highly preferred
