Job Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive learning strategies aligned with business goalsRole & responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual training calendars and needs assessment processes.
  • Lead the design and delivery of high-impact training programs, workshops, and seminars.
  • Conducting induction programs for new recruits and implementing OJT modules.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop customized solutions

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum of 12 + years of experience in L&D of Industries with at least 5 years in a managerial role, Qualification of P.G with Certifications in Training

  • P.G with Certifications in Training
  • Knowledge in Training Need Analysis (TNA), Competency mapping, Employee Engagement as per today's market standard,
  • Experience in PMS, Psychometric test analysis and concept preparation
