Develop and execute comprehensive learning strategies aligned with business goalsRole & responsibilities
Develop and execute annual training calendars and needs assessment processes.
Lead the design and delivery of high-impact training programs, workshops, and seminars.
Conducting induction programs for new recruits and implementing OJT modules.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop customized solutions

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum of 12 + years of experience in L&D of Industries with at least 5 years in a managerial role, Qualification of P.G with Certifications in Training

P.G with Certifications in Training
Knowledge in Training Need Analysis (TNA), Competency mapping, Employee Engagement as per today's market standard,
Experience in PMS, Psychometric test analysis and concept preparation
