Program Manager AI Training & Learning Operations
This person ensures smooth execution of:
- AI courses
- College programs (HIT, engineering colleges, universities)
- Corporate training
- AI skill-based modules
- Weekly workshops & bootcamps
- AI certification programs
- Student onboarding, engagement & community
This is an operations + coordination + delivery + management role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program Planning & Execution
- Plan and manage all course schedules and delivery timelines
- Coordinate with trainers, instructors, content creators, and video team
- Ensure all lessons, assignments, and materials are ready on time
- Manage student groups for colleges, corporates, and online batches
2. Student & Client Management
- Manage student onboarding and communication
- Handle queries via WhatsApp, Email, Telegram, LMS chat
- Ensure high engagement and timely completion
- Coordinate with college authorities ( universities, schools)
- Provide weekly reports to clients and internal stakeholders
3. Trainer Coordination
- Work with internal and external trainers (SAP, AI, BI, No-code)
- Arrange training sessions, labs, Zoom events, and workshops
- Maintain trainer schedules and feedback loops
- Ensure trainers follow structured curriculum
4. LMS & Platform Operations
- Upload courses, manage modules, assessments, certificates
- Ensure smooth functioning of LMS (Lovable/Webflow/custom)
- Test modules before launch
- Track progress of learners
- Coordinate with AI Web Developer for updates
5. Certification & Assessments
- Manage exam schedules
- Ensure quizzes, assignments, tests are published on time
- Oversee certification logic (automated or manual)
- Validate final scores, generate certificates
- Handle re-assessment requests
6. Communication & Automation Support
Work with automation team (n8n / Zapier / Make) to:
- Set up student onboarding flows
- Auto reminders for classes, due dates, tests
- Send weekly performance summaries
- Manage WhatsApp broadcast lists
- Automate community updates across Telegram/Discord
7. Quality & Student Experience
- Collect and analyze feedback
- Improve course flow, delivery, format
- Solve student issues quickly
- Ensure 90%+ learner satisfaction
- Maintain high engagement metrics
8. Reporting & Documentation
- Weekly dashboards for management
- Monthly program reports
- Issue logs, trainer performance logs
- Course success metrics
- Completion rates, feedback summaries
Mandatory Skills
- Strong organizational and operational skills
- Excellent communication skills (students + management + clients)
- Experience in EdTech / Training / Colleges / Bootcamps
- Understanding of AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude)
- Familiarity with LMS platforms
- Ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, Telegram, Zoom, Google Meet
- Coordination experience with cross-functional teams
Good-to-Have Skills
- Knowledge of n8n / Zapier workflows
- Basic video editing (optional)
- Power BI or Excel (for reporting)
- Experience handling student communities
- Technical knowledge (AI, SAP, BI, Cloud even basic understanding)
