Job Description

Roles & Responsibiities

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with customers to review forecasts, demand changes, and supply commits.
Analyze demand trends and maintain rolling forecasts.
Perform capacity planning based on UPH, takt time, shift patterns, and constraints.
Align production plans with customer requirements and material availability.
Monitor risks, shortages, and escalate recovery plans as needed.
Prepare weekly demandsupplycapacity reports and dashboards.

Preferred candidate profile

Skills & Requirements

Strong knowledge of Demand Planning, RCCP, S&OP, and production capacity concepts.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Advanced Excel: experience with SAP/Oracle/Kinaxis/O9 is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, or related field from reputed institutes .
