Job Description

Location:

Role Overview

We are looking for an Associate Manager who can lead a high-performing logistics operations team, drive process excellence, ensure SLA delivery, and manage stakeholder communication. The role focuses on reporting, governance, team management, and continuous optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Drive daily operations ensuring SLA, accuracy, and productivity targets.
Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance trackers.
Act as escalation point for process issues and stakeholder queries.
Review team performance and publish daily/weekly/monthly reports.
Conduct governance calls, huddles, and team meetings.
Identify skill gaps and deliver training, coaching, and SOP-based guidance.
Manage workforce planning, shift rosters, and staffing allocation.
Promote a positive, collaborative, high-performance team culture.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years in logistics/shared services; CMA CGM GBS experience preferred.
Minimum: 3 yrs as Sr. Officer
or
1 yr as Specialist/Associate Manager.
Strong knowledge of Air/Ocean/Road/Customs logistics.
Experience with SLAs, KPIs, governance, and stakeholder management.
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools.
Good communication and team leadership skills.
Cleared
Talent Pathway
(preferred).
Must have achieved a rating of 4 once in the last 2 appraisal cycles.

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree (preferred).
