1. Manage procurement and forecasting of consumables and operational items as outlined in the project RFP.
2. Plan and monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely availability of resources across all districts.
3. Track and maintain inventory levels for SCC and fleet-related consumables.
4. Supervise the dispatch and logistics of materials to various district headquarters.
5. Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors, especially those supporting fleet operations at district and block levels.
6. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and maintain related documentation.
7. Coordinate closely with Concerned government department and PMC for updates, reporting, and resource planning.
8. Implement best practices in supply chain management and administrative processes.
9. Execute any additional tasks assigned by Concerned government department or PMC related to Dial 112 operations.
Experience: Minimum 12 years overall, with 8 years in large-scale System Integration/ITeS/Emergency Services projects
Certification: Global certification in Supply Chain, Public Procurement, or Project Management (mandatory)
