Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple plants

Drive process automation and continuous improvement initiatives

Collect, validate, and consolidate payroll inputs including new joiners, CTC changes, bank details, resignations, and LOP updates.

Process Compliances for active and inactive employees (PF, LWF, ESIC,Professional Tax, Gratuity, etc.)

Maintain compliance registers and ensure accurate reporting to authorities Employee Grievance management related to Payroll, compliance and Benefits.

Performing Annual PMS exercise (salary revision, rationalization & performance pay calculations)

Prepare FnF JV, coordinate with Treasury for fund allocation, and share FnF payslips with HRBPs

Preferred candidate profile

Strong understanding of local payroll compliance and statutory regulations

Basic knowledge of Compensation & Benefits and accounting principles.

Experience in process automation tools or payroll system enhancements

Good exposure in any one of SAP/ZOHO/Keka/Darwin box Payroll Softwares.
