Deputy Manager - Business Intelligence

Role Purpose-

Submission of MIS accurately in time which helps Management for decision making & prepare efficient MIS report.

Roles & Responsibilities-

1. Prepare and compile the details received from respective departments, to submit Statements for Annual Budget of (Chennai+ASB+ASA) Plant,
2. Prepare projections annually, for five years related to (Chennai+ASB+ASA) Plant,
3. Prepare MIS reports and analyse monthly variances with respect to budget of Chennai Plant, and send details to submit & present monthly MIS folders to Management.
4. Daily, bi-weekly tracking of actuals and submitting reports to Management,
5. Prepare all income and Exp head detail statement of Actual and compare with Budget. highlight & explain gap to for Chennai plant viz Raw material, Power, Manpower, Rep & Maintce. etc.,
6. Prepare Budgeted and actual performance of product wise, model wise and customer wise analysis of Sales and cost, and Profitable and non profitable Model report to Management,
7. Send monthly various reports to respective departments, to know about actual cost and variances and to have control over costs and reason for variations,
8. Preparing & analysing the financial feasibility of new projects for Chennai Plant,
9. Knowledge- Understanding and knowledge on finanical results and its preparation, Budgeting, Variance Analysis, Costing and Accounting Standards, Standard Costing, Variance Analysis and P&L Account.
10. Good Command over Excel & Power point, Knowledge of Oracle.

Role Requirements-

• 5-8 years of total experience required,
• Core cost accounting & finance background,
• Tamil Domicile preferred,
• CMA Qualified only,
• Automotive/Manufacturing industry background.
