Key Responsibilities: Must - Iron Foundry Conduct risk assessments & implement preventive/improvement actions. Approve PAP records, Control Plans, and test certificates. Decide product acceptance based on metallurgical analysis. Stop production/shipment if quality deviations occur. Identify training needs and build team capability. Handle customer complaints & approve corrective/preventive actions. Select special characteristics as part of APQP with HOD. Maintain Quality & Procedure Manuals, approve changes. Plan & conduct internal/external audits, management reviews. Approve and monitor external laboratories/testing providers. Define QA objectives, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
