Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Check daily oil and coolant levels.
Clean machine chips and filters.
Inspect lubrication system working properly.
Do preventive maintenance as per schedule.
Troubleshoot basic machine alarms.
Repair minor electrical and mechanical issues.
Check guideways, ball screws, and belts.
Replace worn-out parts when required.
Maintain maintenance log and reports.
Follow all safety rules during maintenance.
