Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1) Responsible resource arrangement such as man power deployment and arranging material to achieve the production activities 2) Adherence of daily production schedule as per plan 3) Man power allocation for all production activities 4) Provide guidelines to operators to perform the assigned task 5) Training to be provided to Operator/setter Preferred candidate profile 1) Good knowledge in CNC Turning programme , ,setting, trial 2) Good knowledge in Drawing study, Tool selection, fixture selection , etc 3) Good knowledge in Quality concepts and machine maintenance 4) Good knowledge in modern production techniques such as TPM, 5S, Lean Management 5) knowledge in CNC machine operation such as Turning, Milling, Cutting ,etc 6) Working skills in MS- Word, Ms-Excel and power point presentation 7) Good communication, motivation and interpersonal skill are required 8) Good problem solving and initiative thinking to identify and sorting the daily issues
