Handle inbound customer calls, answer queries, and provide accurate information. Maintain a daily log of calls, emails, follow-ups, and customer interactions. Follow up with customers for renewals, support, and upselling opportunities. Explain product features, pricing, and benefits effectively to customers. Resolve customer issues with professionalism and ensure timely resolution. Communicate via voice (calls) and non-voice (emails, chats) channels as required. Accurately update and maintain customer data in the CRM system. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for feedback and campaign coordination.
