We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager with a strong background in selling interior and exterior building furnishing products such as uPVC, faade systems, and aluminium doors. The ideal candidate must have established relationships with architects and a proven track record of driving sales within the building materials industry. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Drive sales of interior and exterior furnishing products including uPVC, faade solutions, and aluminium doors. (Mandatory experience required) Identify new business opportunities, develop strong sales pipelines, and achieve assigned sales targets. Client Interaction & Site Visits Conduct regular site visits to understand client requirements and recommend optimal solutions. Ensure complete alignment with client needs, project specifications, and architectural drawings. Coordination & Technical Support Collaborate with technical and installation teams to deliver accurate product demonstrations and presentations. Provide technical clarifications, handle customer queries, and support clients throughout the project lifecycle. Relationship Management Build and maintain strong professional relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and key decision-makers. Leverage existing architect network to generate leads and expand market presence. Pricing & Negotiation Lead pricing discussions, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales effectively. Requirements Minimum 3-7 years of sales experience in uPVC, faade systems, aluminium doors , or related building material products. Strong network and connections with architects (mandatory). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to conduct site visits and handle technical discussions confidently. Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
