Location: Oachghat, Solan (Himachal Pradesh) Experience: Freshers preferred (Mechanical Engineering) Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Executive for our Turpentine Oil Plant. The ideal candidate will be a Mechanical Engineering graduate, eager to learn and grow in a manufacturing and plant operations environment. The role involves assisting in day-to-day production activities, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Assist in monitoring and operating plant machinery and equipment used in turpentine oil production. Support the production team in daily operational tasks and maintain production logs. Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols. Coordinate with the maintenance team for timely servicing and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment. Assist in quality checks and ensure the output meets defined specifications. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area. Assist in inventory management for raw materials and finished goods. Participate in process improvement activities to enhance production efficiency. Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations. Qualifications B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Freshers encouraged to apply). Basic understanding of mechanical systems, plant equipment, and safety standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work in shift-based operations if required. Good communication and teamwork skills.
